Opus IVS, the provider of diagnostic solutions backed by OE master technicians, has returned from Sweden’s Automassen 2023, held in Gothenburg from 18th to 21st January.
Opus IVS attended to support established Swedish distributor Autotek Sweden AB in managing interest at what proved a busy show.
Automassen, the Nordic region’s largest automotive trade exhibition, returned after a three-year break to host thousands of visitors and over two hundred suppliers across the four-day event.
“We were delighted to be back in Gothenburg and enjoyed a productive few days at Automassen,” said Karl Booth, Head of Sales for UK and ROW at Opus IVS. “This is a show we’ve successfully attended previously that was making a welcome comeback.”
Opus IVS found the trip offered an opportunity to catch up with commercial partners from right across mainland Europe and the Nordics.
Karl says Opus IVS is finding surprisingly strong demand from garages at the start of 2023: “There’s well-reported general economic pressures affecting garages and causing their costs to rise.
“However, independents seem to be very busy with new car production and sales stuck at low levels.
“The essential diagnostic repair work we support is buoyant as people keep cars longer and start to cover more miles again.”
