HELLA says its ‘Customer Experience Centre’ is already proving to be of huge benefit in showcasing the full breadth of the product and service solutions it now delivers to the UK aftermarket.
The facilities – which went live in the final quarter of 2023 – have already hosted an IAAF Regional Meeting and are proving popular with visiting customers too.
“The most frequent feedback we get from visitors is: ‘we didn’t realise HELLA did all that’ as often they’ll think of us primarily as an OE lighting manufacturer,” said Helen Goldingay, Marketing Manager at HELLA. “Besides being able to view the latest OEM LED headlamps, we’ve also got displays for the huge range of retrofit lighting solutions we offer into specialist sectors such as off-highway, leisure, commercial vehicle and agricultural.”
HELLA is also of course an OEM supplier of electronics; the display area clearly marks out the various systems available to the aftermarket. These include EV-specific, commercial vehicle and EMS sensor ranges.
Other product lines, such as rotating electrics, bulbs, batteries and wipers are cleverly displayed within a workshop-style background. HELLA Hengst filtration and Hella Gutmann Solutions’ diagnostics platforms, are also featured in the ‘Customer Experience Centre’.
The Hella Gutmann diagnostics programme is in turn augmented by an in-house remote services team, a training academy and a technical support team.
“There’s a lot to show visitors and we’re really looking forward to hosting more customers this year,” said Helen. “There’s no substitute for demonstrating practical solutions like ADAS calibration within our training workshop, or chatting directly to the remote diagnostics team about the ways in which they support garages to work effectively on the latest vehicles.”
