Delphi has once again helped showcase the best of UK garage technical talent after hosting the keenly contested Top Technician final on Saturday 14th October.
The event took place at Delphi’s state-of-the-art Titan 10 technical training centre in Warwick. Delphi had been asked to host once again after successfully doing so for the first-time last year.
The five deserving finalists had earlier won through an extended series of rounds that begun with thousands of entries to the online test stage. Top Technician, created by Aftermarket magazine, has been inspiring the best for over 20 years, aiming to shine a light on exceptional skills.
Following semi-finals, which Delphi also hosted at the start of September, the five – who came from different sections of the aftermarket – completed a gruelling series of five practical fifty-minute tasks, in front of a panel of expert industry judges. The total prize fund this year was worth over £30,000.

The day was followed by an Awards Evening, where winners of both Top Technician and Top Garage were announced to a packed audience, celebrating at the Double Tree by Hilton hotel in Coventry.
