Cleevely Electric Vehicles (EV), a Cheltenham-based pioneer in the servicing and repairs of EVs, is seeking technicians to join its fast-growing mobile business.

Launched last year in response to widespread demand, Cleevely EV Mobile is on the look-out for aspirational individuals to help meet the needs of its mobile EV servicing operations across the UK.

“We’re getting up to 40 unique enquiries every day for mobile servicing,” said Matt. “Many come from EV owner clubs, where members are actively recommending us to others. It’s an exceptional marketing tool, and now, we aim to bolster our resources to accommodate the rising demand effectively.”

With a fleet of electric vans, each kitted out with Cleevely’s own range of aftermarket EV parts, Cleevely EV Mobile provides the same level of customer service and expertise as the widely-renowned workshop in Cheltenham.

Interestingly, Cleevely EV says specific EV training is not a prerequisite for potential candidates. “The primary role involves general servicing and maintenance,” said Matt. “We’re looking for experienced and enthusiastic, time-served technicians that are forward-thinking with good communication skills and a willingness to learn.”

Cleevely EV has not discounted the idea of franchising. The company aims to support technicians who wish to venture out on their own by providing them with the backing of Cleevely’s established name and stellar reputation within the EV community.

“To be honest, the growth of the mobile business has taken us by surprise,” said Matt. “We don’t want to let people down and we’re keen to share this opportunity with technicians that hold the same values as us.”
