Working with online vendor BuyTradeDirect since October 2022 to develop their new ecommerce business, particularly on their exclusive Autonoe range of automotive consumables.
The Autonoe brand covers a growing range of lubricants and chemicals. BuyTradeDirect enables easy online ordering from across a range of over 10,000 SKUs for direct-from-supplier savings.
My role is to help with brand positioning, PR, email marketing – covering both news and offers, social media and also SEO and PPC. The online space changes fast and is always competitive. It’s easy however to get blinded by the array of channels, choices, tips and tactics. The marketing fundamentals always apply.
The aim is to make a small budget generate tangible results geared to both short-term and long-term goals. The former involve growing topline sales revenue whilst maintaining gross profit margins accross the sales mix. Longer term the aim is to build the brand’s trust and opted-in acceptance and responsiveness to email customer retention marketing activity.
